This machine is the key machine in filling line,Include Rinser and Rotary filler and Capper, mainly consists of shaft, water tank, pipe, water pump, cylinder, conveyor and electric motors and etc. Can rinse, fill, cap through several rising steps, set filling and auto capping, all of which are controlled by PLC to make stable rising, accurate filling, and leak-proof capping.

Technical Features and application :

1.Auto decapper:

BG Auto decapper is specially designed for 5 gallon barrel decapping, featuring in cap preservation and recycle.

This machine is programmed and capacity adjustable, which overcomes the barrier on common difference of barrel height and barrel mouth diameter, promotes highly the efficiency.

2.Auto out washer:

This machine is pre-wash equipment of the filling line, mainly consists of conveyor, brusher, water pump and etc. 6 washing seats with main and bottom brushers rotate to spray water to make outside barrel completely washed.

3.Filling part (Rinser and Rotary filler and Capper)

Can rinse, fill, cap through several rising steps, set filling and auto capping, all of which are controlled by PLC to make stable rising, accurate filling, and leak-proof capping.

4.Lamp checker

DL Lamp checker provides lamp for eyeing-checking of the inclusion in and out the barrels 

5.Steam shrink

ZSM Steam shrink is made up of water container and heater group. The heat group changes heat into steam, and then shape the lamp checked and labeled barrels.

6.Barrel clipping motor (tracked):

This part is made up of shelf, conveyor, barrel clip and track structure and etc. The production barrels are delivered to hitch of track belt and clip on conveyor lifts barrels up and then off to make barrels packaged in bag. 

7.Stacker:

This motor consists of shelf, conveyor, and pneumatic components and mini truck and etc. It can be 4×4、4×3、3×3 type barrels collecting in A1、A2、A3 three stores, can production controlled by PLC, which save both labor and cost.
