1) AIPU super wear-resistant click SPC flooring is specially designed for a heavier commercial environment, it can be both used for residential and commercial with high durability. To get the best wear-resistant features, we recommend 0.5mm wearlayer (or 20mil in The United States) as it protect the decorative film of click SPC flooring from wear out very well, and it can even go up to 0.7mm thickness wearlayer if it’s really requested a very high wear-resistant level.

2) Valinge 2G & 5Gi click system: Because of the rigid core, SPC flooring is very suitable for a click system for simple and easy installation. AIPU is licensee of Valinge Innovation and provide our customers the most stable click system with high click strength and longtime usage. With Valinge click system, no gluing or nailing is required for installation, all you need to install the floor planks is one person, one pair of hands and a single movement. It’s fast and simple.

3) Super fine Anti-slip rating: Safety is one of our major concerns when making flooring. Accordingly, as a result of specially developed structures with an anti-slip class rating. Our SPC click flooring performs very well to prevent skidding in a damp area.

Advantages

1) Dimensional Stability: SPC flooring is extremely dimensional stable because of natural contents, exposed to 80°heat, 6 hours-Shrinkage≤0.1%, Curling≤0.2mm.
2) Easy to install with low requirement of subfloor: Compared to traditional LVC, Click SPC flooring has a distinct advantage because of its rigid core, which can hide many imperfections of subfloor. Only thing need to make sure is the leveling, and make necessary expansion gap for AP click SPC flooring, then you can install SPC on top of ceramic, natural wood floor or existing LVT etc.

FAQ

Q: Machine brand & details for manufacturing SPC flooring - German tech or china own machine?

A: The extrusion machine is Chinese brand, this is because SPC flooring is invented by Chinese manufacturers, and all extrusion, pressing machine for SPC flooring is made in china. Even for International brand, they are using Chinese brand SPC machine or purchasing from China directly.

Our Profiling machine is German brand “Homag”, the most advanced floor profiling machine in the world.

Q: What is your SPC flooring raw materials and describe each layer of the product? Do the raw materials e.g. vinyl, stone, mixing have approved relevant certificate / green cert that will not hazardous to human health and protect environment?

A: Main raw materials for SPC flooring is limestone powder, Polyvinyl resin and stabilizer, we require all our raw material suppliers to test with SGS and provide test report.

Q: Do you provide storage facility at your factory? Because during each construction site may not have much available site storage but we may need the stocks urgently when time arrived.

A: We mainly produce our flooring based on the order quantity, but we also keep storage for certain colors. If you want to storage your own brand in our warehouse, it can happen according to agreement between both parties.
