Description

JUTE^TM JTH-315 is a white micron-level PTFE powder processed by special technology. It has excellent chemical resistance, thermal stability, weather resistance, temperature resistance, non-stickiness, flame retardancy and self-lubrication. It maintains the excellent properties of PTFE, and also has other unique properties, good dispersibility and easy to mix with other materials uniformly, which can improve the performance of the host materials. JTH-315 is widely used as additive of plastics, rubbers, etc.

Applications

As a wear-resistant agent, used in rubber and modified plastics, resin, etc.

By adding to the resin, such as PA, POM, PBT, PC/ABS, JTH-315 can improve wear resistance and prevent scratching the material surface. It can increase the slipping property and reduce friction between materials.

Packaging and Storage

● JTH-315 is packaged in environmental friendly carton drum with two layers of anti-static bags, net weight 25kg/drum . Fifteen 25-kg drums are packaged on one pallet for ease of shipping, handling, and storage.

● Stored in clean, dry place to avoid possible contamination by dusts, moisture, etc.;

● Using temperature shall not be over 400℃.
